Character Consistency for AI Comics

Create character sheets, visual anchors, and prompt rules so every episode feels coherent.

Write a character card first

Include age, face shape, hair, clothing, signature object, posture, personality, and emotional range. Reuse the same card across panel prompts.

Use reference images deliberately

When a tool supports image references, use one clean front-facing reference and avoid mixing conflicting styles. Too many references often reduce consistency.

Separate identity from scene action

Keep a stable identity block and append scene-specific action after it. This makes prompt revisions easier and protects the character from drifting.
